Returns Policy

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RETRACTATION

The items provided by https://naruto-merchandise.store/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.

If the customer wants to return his order, he/she must return the new and unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation and with the corresponding invoice at the exact address featuring on the parcel slip, written in the same language than the original. Orders with several parcels must be send back to each supplier individually.


If it happened that an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or day off, it is extended to the next business day. The customer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact.narutomerchandise@gmail.com (description and photos attached) before engaging any return procedure.


In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Naruto Merchandise® is required to reimburse the sums paid by the client, without charge, except for the return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Shipping fees for return procedures remain at the cost of the customers.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
